I love my privacy here...The apt is quiet even when my upstairs neighbor is home. Prompt response to maintenance requests...and garbage pickup at the door! I have my own attached garage...just like a single family home
The administrative team, maintenance team, grounds team are in a word, superior. There is no question about their being responsive to residents needs. They are staffed well, even in these difficult staffing times which is surprising and gratifying.
My experience has been great since living here , the staff is in the office are amazing, anytime there's an issue with anything it gets resolved quickly. The amenities are great as well , I just wish that they would stay open a little later than they do , but other than that the Luxor club is a great place to live and a great place to call home.
